Setting up qixto mail on your device should be fairly straight forward.
Please ensure that you have an active subscription and then try the instructions below, if you have any problems at all, please let us know – support@qixto.com.
Step 1
Our service is compatible with Microsoft Exchange Active Sync, so any device or application that supports that can connect easily.
In these instructions, we will show you how to connect a standard Android 10 device to our service, but the instructions will be very similar on previous versions.
If you want to use a custom mail app or one provided with your device, simply look for ‘Exchange’ and follow the instructions. More often than not, simply entering your qixto email address and password will allow the app to detect the correct settings.
On your Android device, open the Settings Application.
Scroll down to Accounts and tap on it.
Then tap on Add account.
Step 2 – Enter your details
On the add account screen, tap on Exchange
and then enter your qixto email address
then tap Next.
Enter your password.
and again tap Next.
Your device will then connect to our servers and configure the correct settings.
After a few moments, the process will complete.
and you are good to go.
Tap on Finish.
You’ll be returned to the account screen.
Step 3 – Open Email
Now that your account is set up. Open the Gmail app and you should see your account and emails.
Your device is now set up to synchronise email, contacts and your calendar with qixto.
